- TERMS OF SALE AND TRANSFER
Personal information. To enter into a distance contract, the provider will request from the user their full name, address for the delivery of the purchased products, landline phone number, and optionally another available mobile phone number and email address.
In case of payment by credit card, the transaction will be transferred to a secure encrypted environment, with encryption by EUROBANK (EFG EUROBANK Bank) via the Cardlink system with which we collaborate.
The management of personal data will be in accordance with the European transaction standard and the general terms of use of the website. Finally, users will be asked to confirm the terms of use of the "BIOIN M.E.P.E" online store.
Place, method, and time of contract formation. The place of contract formation is considered the location where the user has their computer installed. The process of contract formation is as follows:
- a) Completion of the form to acquire a user account on "BIOIN M.E.P.E" (only for new users).
- b) Review of products on the online shop.
- c) Adding selected products to the "cart" or "buy now."
- d) Checking the availability of the desired product.
- e) Declaration of acceptance and agreement with the terms of use.
The time of contract formation is the time during which the provider confirms the order to the user. Regarding the method of delivery, the user has two options: delivery to their location or pick-up from the headquarters of "BIOIN M.E.P.E."
Product. The object of the agreement is the order placed by the user and the sale by "BIOIN M.E.P.E." The price of each product is as stated on the website, including 24% VAT.
Written order confirmation. The order is confirmed, and all personal information, the order, and the cost are displayed on the user's screen. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the provider must fulfill the contract no later than fifteen (15) days from the transmission of the consumer's order. Otherwise, it is considered either that the user's information was incomplete for processing, or that the ordered products were not available, or that force majeure reasons (e.g., system breakdown) prevented data processing.
Payment of the price. The agreed price on the website includes the shipping cost for areas within Greece. Regarding the method of shipment, the user has two options: delivery to their location with a fixed fee or pick-up from the headquarters of "BIOIN M.E.P.E" after the product price has been paid, either by credit card or by deposit into a bank account.
The price is paid to the provider either on the date of product delivery or by credit card [VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISAELECTRON], or by deposit into a bank account. If paying by bank deposit, the order is dispatched after the user sends us the nominal deposit receipt via email to [email protected], stating the order code (order id). The bank accounts to which you can deposit the money are provided.
If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, they are transferred to a secure encrypted environment with 256-bit encryption of EUROBANK (EFG EUROBANK Bank), where they enter their billing information (read more about online transaction security).
Upon completion, the user needs to return to our website to finalize the process for the shipment to the location specified by the user through a courier service.
If the customer chooses cash on delivery (COD), confirmation will be made via phone by us, and then the shipment will be sent to the specified location through a courier service. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours from the next business day of placing the order. Shipments will be made daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
In the case of payment by COD, the customer incurs a fee of €3.90 (including 24% VAT) for COD handling expenses. For remote and difficult-to-reach destinations, additional charges may apply depending on the distance and accessibility, and the customer will be informed before the shipment.
Shipments to certain areas not covered by courier services will be handled through the Greek Postal Service, with delivery times as per their standards.
The price now includes 24% VAT. In case of user delay, the applicable interest in Greece will be charged. No adjustment of the price will be made.
For all three payment methods, an order confirmation email is sent. During the transaction, billing details and the delivery location for the payment receipt are specified.
Withdrawal and return of goods: Cancellation of an order is done through email to [email protected]. Products must be returned to the headquarters of BIOIN M.E.P.E. at the user's expense within five working days from the date of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as received, unsealed, or their packaging has been violated, along with the retail receipt or invoice.
To avoid inconvenience, it is advised to carefully inspect the condition of the products and their intact packaging upon delivery. Refund processing time is within 15 days from receiving the returned products.
Non-exercise or non-enforcement of any right or term by BIOIN M.E.P.E. does not constitute a waiver. Any disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
Your access to the BIOIN M.E.P.E. website confirms that you have fully understood and agree to the above terms.
